Let me start by saying the staff here are so amazing! I had braces that were not well taken care of due to switch of insurances and had to find a oRthodontics office that can remove them for me. The offices in my area weren’t very helpful. I ended up driving two hours to Dr. Bates office to have them removed . And let me say it was worth the drive . They are VERY nice and attentive ! My braces were removed without any complications and within a hour i had my retainers . Just from observing Dr.Bates and the other staff with there patients it was very welcoming . I will definitely recommend this office for all orthodontics needs!
