My experience with Bates Orthrodontics was amazing. I am one the adults who suddenly decided to get braces. hahah. The day of my Appt I was very nervous but Sara was awesome she talked me through this experience, and was more then willing to answer any questions I had. As the procedure begun she made sure I was Okay and also was very diligent with talking me through step-by-step on what all she was doing. Three days later I called to the office and spoke with Abby and she was amazing with helping me with my “Im in Pain” questions. Dr Bates him self has a great personality and I would and will highly recommend anyone who wants the best service to Dr. Bates!
