Dr. Bates and his staff are so friendly and welcoming, you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in. They’ve made Invisalign so easy, and I’m so happy with the results! Dr. Bates along with the lovely staff are so kind and patient with my son. Taniqua makes my son smile and she’s always cutting up and making sweet, small talk with him and myself. Madison has also worked with my son and she’s such a sweet heart too! He was nervous at first but they subsided his fears and showed him how all of the equipment worked. It was also nice to have their therapy dog, Scout, there as a comfort as well.

Dr. Bates and staff are wonderful as always. I would definitely recommend them for anyone but especially those on the Autism spectrum. Dr.Bates is kind, patient and explains the treatment well to the parent and patient.
